CREOKS Behavioral Health Services

CREOKS offers more than 40 years of quality outpatient behavioral health and substance use care for adults, adolescents and children. We also provide crisis stabalization services for both adults and children at our three Spring Creek Recovery Centers.

We believe people can recover from mental health and substance use problems through evidence-based treatment in the least restrictive and most convenient environment possible.

CREOKS caring and professional staff provide confidential outpatient services in our clinics and in-home. Our team specializes in a wide range of emotional and behavioral disorders for adults. CREOKS Children’s services team provides confidential outpatient services for youth and adolescents up to age 25. We offer services in our clinics, in-home and through school-based programs. Crisis Services

CREOKS proudly offers two Spring Creek Recovery Centers for adults in Tahlequah and Sapulpa and a brand new Spring Creek Recovery Kids in Sapulpa. These units offer immediate, no-cost short-term care for children, adolescents and adults facing mental health or substance use crises. The children’s center includes Hope Lodge, which is unique in Oklahoma, specializing in the treatment of youth with a dual diagnosis of mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
