Disability Services
The Grove is dedicated to empowering both children and adults with disabilities and special needs through comprehensive support services aimed at fostering growth and independence. Through thorough evaluations, each individual’s unique strengths and challenges are assessed. This lays the groundwork for personalized care plans.
This CREOKS program ensures that individuals can navigate their daily lives with confidence and autonomy. We provide opportunities for skill-building, education and community integration to enable clients to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Array of Hope
Array of Hope is CREOKS’s neurodiverse program for children ages 0-18. Although similar to the adult offerings, we tailor the program specifically for children and their caretakers. Expect to interact with topics such as: AutPlay Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Attachment and Biobehavioral Catchup, and Truama Focused Congitive Behavioral Therapy.
Plus, we offer a Family Support Provider who has lived the experience of raising and loving a child with a mental health diagnosis. They also have experience navigating the juvenile justice system, child welfare and the school systems. They will provide coaching and support to caregivers ats they work towards their family goals.
Special thanks to our grantor GKFF BEST, LLC an affiliate of and supported by the George Kaiser Family Foundation.
