Responsible for providing clinical services relating to intake, screening, referral and psychotherapy to children and adults in the home, school and clinical settings.  Maintain clinical records system in accordance with federal, state and CREOKS policies and procedures.  Assist student interns on assignment from Universities that have an affiliation agreement with CREOKS.  Must have a Master’s degree in professional counseling; and hold a valid OK license as a Professional Counselor or be eligible to work under a Supervisor’s professional license.

Marriage and Family Counselor in Tulsa, OK. Screen, counsel and provide psychotherapy services for adults and children, as individuals or in groups. Provide community consultation and community education services. Maintain clinical records and participate in treatment team meetings. Assist in the clinical training of student interns.
