Help Fore Hope Golf Tournament

Join CREOKS for the annual Help Fore Hope Golf Tournament, a fundraising event dedicated to supporting accessible, compassionate behavioral health care across our communities.

This tournament brings together community partners, supporters, and sponsors for a day of golf, connection, and purpose in support of the individuals and families who rely on CREOKS services every day.

Your participation helps expand access to counseling, crisis support, substance use treatment, and integrated care programs throughout Eastern Oklahoma.

Together, every swing supports care, and every round helps create hope.

Dinner and awards reception to follow tournament.

Each player entry includes:

- 18 holes of golf, including a golf cart
- Participation bag
- Complementary Lunch
