Peer Support
No battle is won alone. Find community with other veterans with shared experiences. This is a safe place to share emotions and coping strategies.

Medication Management
Physicians and nurses ensure veterans receive the correct amount of prescribed or warranted medication to benefit their health but also minimize potential harm.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
CREOKS offers veteran-specific Equine Assisted Psychotherapy at River Trail Ranch in Haskell, Oklahoma, providing a peaceful setting where veterans can heal and grow. Guided by Eagala-certified professionals, veterans engage in hands-on activities with horses that build trust, strengthen emotional regulation and enhance interpersonal skills without the need for riding or prior horse experience. This evidence-based therapy empowers veterans to address challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression and reintegration stress while fostering resilience and confidence.
Care in the Community
CREOKS is an approved Care in the Community (CITC) provider with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, making it possible for veterans to access services through their VA benefits. This partnership ensures veterans receive high-quality, culturally competent care close to home while reducing barriers to treatment. Through CITC, CREOKS connects veterans to our dedicated veteran service teams, all of whom have undergone specialized training to better support those who served.
Suicide Prevention
Veterans are 1.5 times more likely to die by suicide. This sobering number reflects veteran’s high exposure to stress, trauma, isolation and loneliness. Mental illness among veterans is profound. The stressors and trauma from deployment and combat often lead to challenges in reintegrating into civilian life.
From clinical interventions to crisis stabilization, CREOKS offers a safe place to turn when life feels overwhelming.
CREOKS Veteran Services Team
All members of the Veteran Services Team (VST) have completed Tier One Star Behavioral Health training, equipping them with specialized knowledge to better serve veterans and their families. This training ensures our team understands the unique challenges veterans face, allowing us to provide more effective, culturally competent and compassionate care.
