CREOKS Health Services is a nonprofit organization providing integrated health, wellness, and social services that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.

With more than 45 years of experience in behavioral health, we serve children, adolescents, and adults across Eastern Oklahoma through 24 locations. Our work is grounded in long-standing partnerships with local agencies, schools, and civic organizations that share our commitment to community well-being.

Our team of compassionate, highly trained professionals delivers outpatient behavioral health services through clinics, in-home support, and school-based programs. We provide care for individuals seeking counseling, substance use treatment, or support for behavioral health challenges—meeting people where they are and helping them move toward recovery and stability.

At CREOKS, we believe every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity. We take the time to listen and develop individualized, practical solutions that support lasting progress.

As we continue to grow, so does our capacity to serve. In Tulsa, we offer integrated care that includes behavioral health services, family medicine through TruHealth Integrated Care, and pharmacy services through TruHealth Pharmacy. In Sapulpa, additional support is available through Spring Creek Recovery Center, our crisis stabilization center, and TruWellness RX.
