The mission of CREOKS Diversity Council is to create a safe, confidential, and respectful environment for all individuals regardless of age, race, culture, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and/or disability. The Council adheres to moral and ethical principles to promote exemplary character, sound judgment, and personal integrity to support access and equity for all persons. The Diversity Council will advocate for professional excellence and personal development in our endeavor to build a well-rounded, inclusive environment.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – It’s easy to get confused by what words like these actually mean. They’re not interchangeable, even though they’re often used together. Below are the DEI definition as adopted by the CREOKS Diversity Council:
